Ověřování dokumentů (Česky)
Základní informace
Ověřujeme pouze dokumenty vydané českými úřady.
Zahraniční dokumenty musí být ověřeny v zemi původu.

Požadavky
Všechny dokumenty musí být vytištěny žadatelem. Pokud si nejste jisti, které dokumenty je třeba legalizovat, obraťte se prosím na úřad nebo organizaci, která tyto dokumenty vyžaduje.
- Originály dokumentů, které jsou určeny k ověření a mají být použity na Tchaj-wanu, musí být opatřeny vyšším ověřením z Odboru konzulárních činností referátu legalizace Ministerstva zahraničních věcí České republiky
- Žádost o ověření
- Kopie dokumentů určených k ověření (povinné)
- Platný doklad totožnosti
- Výpis z obchodního rejstříku, pokud je žadatelem právnická osoba
- Notářsky ověřená plná moc (při zastoupení)
* Je-li žadatelem právnická osoba (firma, společnost, instituce apod.), je nutné doložit výpis z obchodního rejstříku. V případě zastoupení při ověření zmocněnou osobou je nutná notářsky ověřená plná moc, přičemž zmocnitelem musí být jednatel společnosti uvedený ve výpisu.
Překlady
Překlad soudním překladatelem
Pro ověření překladu dokumentu je potřebné nechat dokument přeložit soudním překladatelem. Následně oba dokumenty, tedy překlad i s originálem svázané dohromady, nechat opatřit ověřením Odboru konzulárních činností referátu legalizace Ministerstva zahraničních věcí České republiky. Poté je možné dokument ověřit v Tchajpejské hospodářské a kulturní kanceláři v Praze.

Překlad vyhotovený žadatelem
Pro ověření překladu, který zhotovil žadatel ověření, je možné k dokumentu připojit čestné prohlášení o shodě překladu s originálem, které žadatel vlastnoručně podepíše v kanceláři. V takovém případě je možné zažádat o ověření podpisu žadatele.
Doba vyřízení
- standardně cca 10 pracovních dnů
- expresně cca 5 pracovních dnů
Doba vyřízení závisí na vytíženosti úřadu a může se lišit.
Poplatky
Platba pouze v hotovosti a v CZK.

Document Authentication (English)
General Information
Only documents issued by Czech authorities can be authenticated.
Foreign documents must be authenticated in the country of origin.

Requirements
All documents must be printed by the applicant. If you are not sure what documents need to be legalized, please contact the authority or organization which requires the documents.
- Original documents intended for authentication and are to be used in Taiwan need to be legalised by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic
- Application Form for Authentication
- Copies of documents intended for authentication (mandatory)
- Passport or ID card of the applicant
- Extract from Business Register, in case the applicant is a legal person
- Notarized power of attorney (if third party applies)
*If the applicant is a legal person (company, corporation, institution, etc.), an extract from the Commercial Register must be provided. In case of representation by an authorized person during verification, a notarized power of attorney is required, with the principal being the company’s executive listed in the extract.
Translations
Translation by a sworn translator
For authentication of translations, it is necessary to have the documents translated by a sworn translator. Both the original and the translation bound together need to be legalised by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. Afterwards, the documents can be submitted to be authenticated at the Taipei Economic and Cultural office in Prague.

Translation by applicant
For authentication of translations made by the applicant, it is possible to attach a declaration of trueness and accuracy of the translation, which is personally signed at the office by the applicant. In this case, the application can be submitted for authentication of the signature of the applicant.
Processing Time
- standard: approximately 10 working days
- express: approximately 5 working days
Processing times depend on the workload of the office and may differ.

Payment is accepted in cash and in CZK only.
