Dr. Mumin Chen
Dr. Mumin Chen has been a professor of international relations in Taiwan for over twenty years, and had worked as visiting fellow/scholar at various academic institutions and think tank in Singapore, India, Germany, and Sri Lanka. He has published 6 books and co-edited 3 books with topics relating to India, South Asia, and International Relations. He received his PhD in International Studies in University of Denver, USA.
