Driven by a commitment to the arts and environmental appreciation, E.SUN Bank has officially launched the "E.SUN Art Awards 2026." Artists from around the world are invited to showcase their talent through the depiction of Yushan (Jade Mountain), Taiwan’s iconic peak. The International Category (noted as Foreigner Category in guidelines) offers generous rewards to inspire outstanding creativity on a global stage.
Since its inception, the E.SUN Art Awards have attracted over 5,000 entries from 72 countries across five continents, establishing itself as one of Taiwan’s leading international art competitions. Eligible media include oil, acrylic, and gouache, reflecting the event’s commitment to diverse artistic expression.
This year, participants are especially encouraged to explore themes of nature and music. Through painting, the awards aim to foster environmental awareness and highlight the cross-disciplinary power of art. Artists are invited to bring fresh perspectives to the enduring beauty of Yushan.
The submission period for the International Category is open until July 17, 2026, 23:59 (Taipei Time, UTC+8), with a fully online application process. A range of awards—including First Prize, Special Selection, and Outstanding—underscore the competition’s prestige and commitment to recognizing exceptional artistry.
