跨領域全英語學士學位學程是本校第一個以全英語授課的學士學位學程。學程的主軸為跨文化創新管理，橫跨國際組織經營、跨國行銷及全球永續等三大領域，並輔以華語學習機會，建構優質跨領域課程與國際化學習環境。
教育宗旨：
1. 培育國際組織經營、跨國行銷及全球永續的人才。
2. 引導學生找出未來職涯及升學方向。
3. 培養學生人際溝通、團隊合作、創意力及解決複雜問題的核心能力。
在四年的課程規劃中，前兩年首重培養學生在管理及跨文化的知識及華語學習。若是已通過TOCFL A2考試(或等中文能力證明)以上的外籍生及港澳僑生，則可修讀中華文化課程作為華語語言學習替代科目。後兩年學程則著重於學生的實務訓練，累積學生的職場經驗及能力。
本學程特色：
1. 全球化的學習環境
跨領域全英語學士學位學程的學生來自十個國家，涵蓋四大洲，且所有老師皆能以中英文溝通。除了本地的師資外，也有來自波蘭、印度等國家的教師及輔導人員，讓學生在學習專業知識的同時，也培養跨文化溝通及跨國合作能力。
2. 一對一輔導
入學後，將有師資協助學生依其興趣選修課程，以利未來就業/升學發展並獲得BA學位。除教師外，本學程也有輔導人員輔助學生適應台灣生活及解決文化衝擊問題。
3. 多元化的實務經驗
本學程強調理論與實務並重，主要教育目標在於國際組織經營、跨國行銷及全球永續領域並建構學生的國際視野。因此，本學程亦規劃學生在不同機構的實務學習及實習機會，增加職場經驗。

Taiwan’s most exciting full English interdisciplinary program!
Bachelor’s Program in Interdisciplinary Studies (BPIS) of Fu Jen Catholic University, equips students with the knowledge, skills, and practical training in both management and business studies. With global perspective as the key premises, it offers a wide array of courses that span across administration, marketing, sustainability, and Chinese language and culture.
The program provides a solid groundwork for students who aspire to work in an international environment at intersections between business, marketing, and sustainable development. By working closely with advisors and faculty, students will gain invaluable hands-on experience through internships and practicum opportunities.
