2019 DC Shorts International Film Festival will present the Taiwanese film “To Heaven, To Gather” on Saturday, September 21 and Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at Landmark’s E Street Cinema in downtown Washington, D.C.
Directed by Li-Yue Chang, “To Heaven, To Gather” has won the 2019 Golden Seeds Best Film Award. This film tells the story of the journey of three-year-old Xiao Wu and her lamb to the orphanage where they will be abandoned. Their journey includes a vast blue sky, and a long, endless mountain path.
