The theme of the 2022 Rose Parade is "Dream, Believe, Achieve" . China Airlines, Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Taiwan Tourism Bureau once again worked together to design "Biking Around Taiwan" float with the theme of Taiwan bicycles.
On the new float, family of cycling enthusiasts enjoy a day “Biking Around Taiwan” introduces us to the sites, smells and beauty of the island that China Airlines calls home: Taiwan. Moreover, the bicycle built for three with a pup on
board and a trailer in tow glides through the gorgeous scenery of Tung blossoms – often referred as "April Snow" – while Taiwan’s signature delicacies – pineapples, mangoes, bananas, braisedpork rice, and world-famous Boba milk tea – provide sustenance as the family dreams of a cycling tour around the island that boasts a most varied and enjoyable itinerary.
Taiwan’s bicycle industry has developed for more than 60 years, and Taiwan is now a global hub for high-end bicycle design, production, research and development. Because of the epidemic, people will pay more attention to health in the future and participate in more Green and Sustainable Tourism. We will continue to strengthen the promotion of Taiwan as the best bicycle tourism destination, and let the world think of Taiwan when they think of bicycles. Welcome everyone. It’s time for Taiwan.
